FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchange unit comprises a cylindrical housing with tubes for supplying the component into the housing and its outlet from the housing disposed in the inlet and outlet parts of the housing, respectively, heat exchange tubes installed inside the housing in the tube plates, profiled covers with connecting flanges installed at the ends of the housing and with the tube plates forming cavities of inlet and outlet of the component supplied through the heat exchange tubes, inside each heat exchange tube an internal tube forming an annular radial gap between the walls of the tubes is also installed in a coaxial manner. In the inlet and outlet housing parts of the heat exchanger additional bottoms are installed forming cavities of inlet and outlet of the component with the tube plates and profiled covers. The cavity of the annular radial gap between the walls of the heat exchange and internal additional tubes is connected to the cavity formed by the tube plate and the additional bottom, where the cavity between the profiled cover and the additional bottom is connected to the cavities of the internal additional tubes and to the housing cavity.
EFFECT: intensified heat exchange.
