SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing decorative stretch ceilings includes selecting a pattern, cutting a polymer material, processing it on a special program-controlled machine in which an image is pre-recorded in the digital form, and mounting the cut and processed polymer material by means of fixing heated material in profiles. Wherein the processing of the polymer material is carried out by cutting the figures by means of a special program-controlled machine equipped with a cutting tool, and the profiles are pre-installed on a ceiling or walls, or are assembled in the form of a frame.
EFFECT: improving the method for manufacturing decorative stretch ceilings by means of changing the technological operations, simplifying the process of manufacturing a decorative ceiling, expanding the functionality and thereby improving the appearance of stretch ceilings, reducing the cost, ensuring the implementation of an individual approach to the customer and creating a unique ceiling design.
