FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to construction and is used to create interiors of residential and other premises, in particular to technology of decorating fabrics of stretch ceilings from fabric or polymer materials with rhinestones to improve their aesthetic qualities. Decorative element comprises a body and a base made in the form of a flat contact surface for attachment to the decorated fabric, wherein the contact surface has a light-reflecting coating of light-reflecting materials, wherein it further comprises a threaded attachment element, having a conical shape with a blind cylindrical hole in the middle portion for mounting a fiber optic cable, ratio of external diameter of thread D and internal diameter of thread D₁ is equal to D:D₁ in range from 4/1 to 4/3 at pitch of thread of 0.5–2 mm. Apparatus for fixing a decorative element on a stretch ceiling web, comprising a cutting table clamping compartments, a rigid coating and at least one device for creating pressure below atmospheric pressure, with possibility of disconnection of any hold-down compartment, as well as guides for longitudinal movement of carriages connected by guide, on which carriage of transverse displacement is installed, on which a cutting knife is mounted, mounted with the possibility of movement across the flooring with the decorated cloth along the guide, which in its turn is mounted with the possibility of movement along the flooring along the guides, and carriages movement drive, controlled by computer program, wherein it additionally comprises detachable module for decorative elements installation, fixed on carriage of transverse movement by means of housing. Detachable module consists of cassette unit for arrangement of set of vertically installed cassettes in form of hollow cylinders for arrangement of decorative elements, mechanical drive for stepped movement of cassette unit, device for extraction of decorative elements from cassette unit and screwing decorative elements into decorated cloth and device for punching holes in web for installation of decorative elements. Method of fastening decorative element on web of stretch ceiling consists in cutting webs of tension ceilings and its processing on machine with programmed control, in memory of which pre-recorded pattern in digital form, previously created using computer programs, and subsequent installation of cut and treated cloth, at that, it additionally involves the installation of decorative elements fastening, when decorating the stretch ceilings with decorative elements, which are prefabricated with a conical shaped threaded attachment element. Decorative elements are screwed by threaded element into holes, which are preliminary made in decorated fabric, according to previously selected pattern. Web for stretch ceilings is fabric or PVC.

EFFECT: technical problem and result of the proposed device is simplification of the process of fixing decorative elements on the fabric of tension ceilings, high reliability of attachment and reduced labor intensity of making tension ceilings.
