SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparation of beta-diketonate complexes of lanthanides and processing carbon-oxygen bond. As the oxygen-containing organic compound, oxygen-containing organofluorine compounds from the class of polyfluorinated ethene glycol ethers of general formula RF1O(CH2CH2O)RF2, polyfluorinated diethylene glycol ethers of general formula RF1O(CH2CH2O)2RF2 or from the class of polyfluorinated formalities of the general formula RF1O(CH2)ORF2, where RF1, RF2 - polyfluorinated hydrocarbon radicals of general formula H(CF2-CF2)mCH2, where m=1-4.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the volatility of the lanthanide compounds to reduce the evaporation temperature and lanthanide compounds.
