FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for synthesis of perfluorinated lanthanide alkoxides that can be used in chemical vapour deposition techniques for the deposition of coatings with special properties, for doping semiconductors and for synthesis of superconducting materials, for separating complex mixtures of metals and for their deep purification from impurities. Method comprises treating a complex salt of a lanthanide, which uses aliphatic alkoxides of lanthanides of general formula (OCnH2n+1)3Ln, where CnX2n+1 – a linear or branched alkyl radical for n = 3–4, a perfluorinated alcohol compound, which is trimethylfluoroalkoxysilane of general formula [(CH3)3SiOCR1R2R3], where R1, R2, R3 are CF3 or C2F5, in an organic solvent medium while heating and subsequent removal of the solvent and volatile reaction products in a vacuum.
EFFECT: proposed method allows to obtain end products of high purity using a simple technique.
