FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: vibration jaw crusher contains of a spring-loaded spring support (2), two unbalanced vibrators (9, 10) and two crushing jaws. The case is mounted on a support. An inclined crushing chamber is formed between the jaws and the walls of the body (5). The lower jaw (3) is an active cheek. The lower cheek is made solid with the body. The body has a hollow ledge. The upper jaw (4) is located in the projection. The upper jaw is mounted spring-loaded with respect to the body. One of the walls of the projection surface is parallel to the enclosure (8) of the upper jaw, opposite its working surface. Debalance vibrators are installed in the sloping wall (7) protrusion of the body. Debalance vibrators provide synchronous rotation in opposite directions and joint movement jaws in antiphase.
EFFECT: crushing without prepressing the material provides throughput and increased efficiency of crushing.
