FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for crushing solid materials and can be used in mining, metallurgical and construction industries. Vibration jaw crusher comprises housing, two jaws and unbalance vibrator. Working surfaces of cheeks form an inclined crushing chamber with the housing, at that, crusher axis of symmetry is inclined relative to vertical axis of fixed Cartesian coordinate system. Housing is fixed on support by shock absorbers. Jaws are torsion-connected to housing.
EFFECT: shaft of unbalanced vibrator is installed in lower part of upper jaw, stability of synchronous-antiphased mode of jaw movement, which is necessary for high efficiency of crushing and reliability of machine operation, is provided when performing the feature of proposed vibration jaw crusher.
