SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a production line for processing aluminum slags. Line contains a hopper with a feeder, a classifier, and also has two branches for processing slag-right and left, while in the right there are two belt conveyors, a roller crusher, installation for loading the slag into a mobile screening machine, a mobile screening machine, two belt conveyors, one with a drum magnetic separator, a screen, and in the left branch a belt conveyor, a mobile jaw crusher, a belt conveyor, a mobile screening machine, two belt conveyors, one with a drum magnetic separator, a screen and a roller crusher. Classifier is made in the form of a screen that is installed behind a hopper with a feeder and has three webs with cells, while a mobile screening machine installed in the left and right branches of the production line for the processing of aluminum slag, has a loading hopper located above the loading tray, a drive for moving a mobile screen-vibrating feeder along the rails, a vibrating mechanism, a device for removing fine slag during loading. Dust removal in the dust and gas cleaning unit occurs in 10 rotating bag filters, and gases from harmful substances occur on the lower and upper rotary grids in the fluidized bed, and as an adsorbent on the lattice loaded activated carbon, birch charcoal, silica gel, while the plant dust and gas cleaning has a wide range of cleanable harmful substances.

EFFECT: reliability in the work of the production line, high degree of mechanization and improvement of the environmental situation of the enterprise.
