FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: estimation and prediction of the target parameters are carried out in the projections on the axis of the radial coordinate system. The choice of the specified coordinate system is not accidental, since it allows to efficiently realise both the binding to the target and modified predicting its parameters based on the corner support of the target. To do this, at the end of the binding mode, its filter-identifier is reduced, separating it from the range-finding channel and the channel for cornering the target. The filter-identifier of the angular tracking channel from the measurements of the target angles forms a list of estimates of the characteristic parameters therefor, and the range-measuring channel, based on estimates of the eigen parameters obtained in the binding mode, and current estimates of the velocity components of the angular tracking channel, realises the prediction of its parameters that are used in the procedure of angular tracking.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of estimation and short-term prediction of target movement parameters on the basis of suboptimal procedure of its corner support in ensuring effective use of unguided aircraft means of destruction.
