FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: strain of hybrid cultured animal cells of Mus musculus Francisella tularensis. 1D6 – the producer of monoclonal antibodies of isotype G, specific for tularemia bacteria lipopolysaccharide is claimed. The strain is obtained by hybridization of Sp2/0-Ag.8 myeloma cells and BALB/c line mice splenocytes, intraperitoneally immunized with a tularemia bacteria lipopolysaccharide preparation. The strain is deposited in the National Collection of Pathogenic Microorganisms and Cell Cultures "GKPM-Obolensk" under number H-42.

EFFECT: invention allows to obtain highly specific monoclonal antibodies intended to be used as immunoreagents for enzyme-linked immunoassay diagnostic test systems construction in order to identify the causative agent of tularemia in biological material and environmental objects.
