FIELD: biotechnology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: strain is obtained by hybridization of murine splenocytes of line BALB/c immunized with brucella cells killed by heating. Strain produces monoclonal antibodies (MCA) of isotype IgG. They show specificity to brucella protein preparation of molecular mass 18 and 38 kDa prepared by method of genetic engineering. Titers of MCA in cultural and ascitic fluids are 1:160 and 1:128 000, respectively. MCA can be used for brucellosis diagnosis. EFFECT: enhanced specificity of monoclonal antibodies. 2 tbl, 1 ex
