FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: side overlap comprises the outer cladding reinforced by a composition, and the resilient layer. Between the outer cladding and the resilient layer the elastic container is installed, filled with a liquid, the elastic containers in adjacent spacings are made communicating. The load on the resilient layer is uniformly distributed within several spacings.
EFFECT: increased load-bearing capacity of the elastic layer and the outer cladding of the side overlap.
