The equipment of operative two-way communication on airship and in each research center contains a phase detector, a registration unit, a receiving antenna, a GPS receiver, a controller, devices for remote sensing of the earth's surface and atmosphere, a phase manipulator, a master oscillator, two mixers, two local oscillators, an amplifier of first intermediate frequency, two power amplifiers, an antenna switch, a low-pass filter, a multiplier, a 90° degree phase shifter, all connected in a certain way.

EFFECT: effectiveness of radio communication between the airship and the research center.
