FIELD: lighter-than-air controllable flying vehicles supported in atmosphere by static air pressure and by aerodynamic lifting force at forced motion.
SUBSTANCE: flight altitude may be controlled by means of horizontal and vertical control surfaces. Proposed airship is designed for remote ecological monitoring of extensive technogenious transportation and communication facilities: oil and gas field lines, as well as railway roads and highways, electric lines and other objects, natural ones inclusive. Two-way communication equipment arranged in airship and in research center includes receiving antenna, GPS signal receiver, earth surface and atmosphere remote sounding units, controller, master oscillator, phase manipulator, two heterodynes, two mixers, first intermediate frequency amplifier, two power amplifiers, antenna selector switch, transceiving antenna, second intermediate frequency amplifier, phase detector and recording unit.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of discrete information exchange due to use of two frequencies for communication between airship and research center and complicated signals at phase manipulation.
