SUBSTANCE: steam turbine performance test system includes at least one computer device including a neural network generated using a dynamic thermodynamic model of a steam turbine and preliminary data collected from a steam turbine; a network testing device to test the said neural network using test data; a calculator of current performance indicator to calculate the current performance of the said steam turbine based on the steam turbine operation data; and a calculator of predicted performance indicator to calculate steam turbine predicted performance based on the current performance. A method for steam turbine performance testing and a computer-readable medium for data storage are also provided.
