SUBSTANCE: grinder contains a housing, a loading hopper and a cutting element. The housing contains a working chamber with a lid. The loading hopper is installed on the lid and communicates with the working chamber through the window in the lid. The cutting element is installed in the working chamber and is equipped with a drive. A manual mower is used as a drive. The mower contains a drive motor. The motor is mounted on the rod and is kinematically connected to the cutting element. The working end of the rod is fixed on the lid. The output shaft of the cutting element drive passes into the working chamber. The grinder is additionally equipped with a mechanism for controlling the feeding of the material to be ground.

EFFECT: simplicity of manufacturing the grinder.
