SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing that receives movable and unmovable working members. The top section of the housing is provided with feeding hopper and perforated support. The bottom section of the housing is provided with the bottom support and inclined pad for discharging finished product. The movable working member is made of a cylinder having ring grooves on its side and is mounted for permitting reciprocation in the supports with respect to the unmovable member made of a bushing with ring grooves and top conical surface for discharging grain.
EFFECT: improved quality of finished product.
