SUBSTANCE: device consists of an upper receiving cone-shaped hopper 1 including a loading filler 3, the inner surface of which is provided with evenly spaced through slotted openings 5 with projecting cutting edges 6 and shearing knives 7. In the center of the cone-shaped hopper 1 there is a shaft 8 with grinding knives. The lower part of the hopper is equipped with a sieve 9, behind which there is a separating chamber 2, inside which a spiral screw 10 is installed. Between the housing of the separation chamber 2 and the spiral screw 10 there is a separating casing 11. In the lower part of the separation chamber 2 there are a branch pipe for the protein suspension 12 output and a grain board 13. The working bodies are driven through the shaft 15 of the electric motor 14.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow for grinding the grain of leguminous crops to fine particles, which allows to fully extract the vegetable protein into emulsion.
