FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a fixed structure having two parallel horizontal side elements, a plurality of cutting modules equipped with a conventional rotating shaft, which has a plurality of rotating cutting elements installed at fixed positions along its length. The shafts are arranged parallel to each other and mounted above transport means suitable for moving the products placed thereon towards said rotating cutting elements. A plurality of positioning inclined guides that are installed in a specific position corresponding to the corresponding rotating cutting element have an elongated shape in the movement direction of the transport means, are substantially flattened and vertically oriented. Their elongated upper edge is oriented downwardly in a direction toward said transport means with such inclination that the height of said edges increases in the feeding direction of the transport means so that the racemes of the products placed on said transport means are moved towards said inclined guides. The corresponding upper edge of the inclined guides defines the intersection point of the corresponding cutting element with the pedicels of each raceme fed under the cutting element. The transportation means comprise a table formed by a plurality of parallel grooves substantially perpendicular to said rotating shafts and separated by corresponding parts projecting above the surface. The table moves in a direction parallel to said grooves. The inclined guides are installed in positions corresponding to mentioned corresponding grooves.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to carry out qualitative separation of crop products.
