FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: in method for obtaining roasted grain products, the condenser of the heat pump plant is used as a steam superheater. Steam is superheated in the recirculation loop of the superheated steam through the roasting chamber. The excess portion of the exhausted superheated steam in the amount of moisture evaporated from the product during the roasting process, together with non-condensible gases (charcoal), is withdrawn from the recirculation loop of the superheated steam and condensed in the heat exchanger-recuperator due to recuperative heat exchange with the air supplied for drying. The resulting condensate is diverted to an intermediate collector, from which non-condensable gases are discharged. Part of the condensate from the intermediate collector is first fed to the conductive heating chamber to preheat the product, and then is combined with the second part and in the closed cycle mode sent to a condensate collector. The product is cooled after the roasting chamber in the cooling chamber by air cooled and dried in the evaporator. The air is withdrawn from the cooling chamber first to the cyclone to purify the air of the suspended particles, then to the heat exchanger-recuperator and further to the drying chamber with return to the evaporator of the heat pump plant to form a recirculation loop.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the quality of roasted grain products and to reduce the specific energy consumption for the roasting process.
