FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: line for producing vegetable oil, comprising: a dryer, a roller mill, a separating machine, a roasting device, a forpress, a filter press, a jacketed expositor, a cyclone, an electric steam superheater, a heat exchanger-recuperator, fans, a steam generator; a condensate collector; the novelty consists in that a steam jet refrigeration machine is used in it, comprising a condenser, a two-piece cooling receiver, an ejector, an evaporator, pumps, a thermostatic expansion valve, operating in a closed thermodynamic cycle. Wherein the working steam from the steam generator is fed into the ejector, the vapours ejected from the evaporator create vacuum with the water boiling temperature of 5-7°C used as a cooling agent, the mixture of the working and ejected vapours is fed into the condenser where the kinetic energy of the mixture flow in the ejector is converted into heat energy, part of the condensable vapours from the condenser through the expansion valve is withdrawn to replenish loss of water in the evaporator, and the other part is fed into the steam generator by means of the pump, the spent drying agent with the temperature of 60-70°C is purified in the cyclone and fed into one of the sections of the cooling receiver where it is cooled to the dew point temperature and dried with the subsequent feeding first into the condenser of steam jet machine, where it is heated to a temperature of 70°C, and then to the heat exchanger-recuperator, where the temperature of the drying agent is brought up to 85-90°C and fed to the dryer in the closed loop mode. The roasting process is carried out in the roasting device with superheated steam, in the recovery loop of which the electric steam superheater is installed, the excessive part of the spent superheated steam in the amount of evaporated moisture from the product is withdrawn from the recirculation loop into the heat exchanger-recuperator for heating the air fed to the drying; the resulting condensate from the heat exchanger-recuperator, together with the resulted condensate in the form of liquid drops in the cooling receiver section while cooling the spent drying agent is removed in the condensate collector; the product cooling process in the jacketed expositor is carried with water cooled in the cooling receiver section while feeding the cooled water to the expositor jacket, with returning to the cooling receiver section in the closed loop mode.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the energy efficiency of the vegetable oils production, to obtain high-quality vegetable oil, to create a waste-free and environmentally friendly technology for the vegetable oils production, to reduce the energy consumption and costs.
