FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for conbined treatment of macular oedema of retina includes intravitreous introduction of bevacizumab, carrying out retina laser coagulation, as well as additional subtenon injection of diprospan. Treatment is realised in three stages: first diprospan is introduced in dose 0.5 ml, then after 10-15 days laser coagulation of retina is performed and 15-20 days after laser coagulation bevacizumab in dose 0.05 ml is introduced.
EFFECT: reduction of frequency of intravotreous injections of neoangiogenesis inhibitors, stable increase of vision acuity, reduction of risk of development of side effects, associated with carrying out photodynamic therapy.
