SUBSTANCE: roller electrodes are attached to the axle with the possibility of free rotation in electrode heads. The electrode heads are attached to the carriage, installed with the possibility of moving along the details. The holder is designed to consolidate the flat parts and filler materials with possibility of transverse feed welding zone. The holder is equipped with a movable pusher, with the possibility of bias along with a part in the process of welding. The holder is mounted in one chuck with an axel, and the other in the spindle of the device's rotator. Electrode heads are made in the form of blocks interconnected at an angle of 90°. The axis of rotation of the roller electrodes is located perpendicular to the direction of supply of the electrode heads. The holder is provided with adjusting screws for displacing the pusher together with the part during the welding process to effect its lateral feed.

EFFECT: device makes it possible to produce seam electrocontact welding of materials to flat surfaces using automatic feeding of the welding head.
