FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: double-shaft mixer comprises a mixing bath, two shafts with blades, drive, while mounted on the shafts of the blades are rotated 45° about their axis, wherein the first shaft of the even-numbered vanes are arranged in a helical spiral through 120° with right helical and odd blade - with left, on the second shaft and located even and odd blade spirals by a similar screw with left and right directions inside each vane hollow shaft coaxially mounted stationary axle, which increments at a pitch location with Ia paddle blades on the shaft, the cams are installed, with an outer surface which interact rollers mounted at the ends of the blades of racks, wherein in the rack, disposed between the inner diameter of the vane shaft and the roller, wearing spring, the upper part of the mixing bath body is made along a complex line corresponding to the trajectory of the blades due to the outer surface of the jaws, the upper edge of the blade contacting the inner surface of the mixing bath is made of an elastic material, nozzles for supplying liquid and viscous components.
EFFECT: increase of mixing efficiency and reduction of specific energy consumption with the achievement of the best homogeneity of mixing due to the implementation of a progressive mixing method based on mechanical fluidization in combination with a cross countercurrent, shortening the duration of the mixing process.
