FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a two-shaft bladed mixer comprising a mixing bath, two shafts with blades, a drive, where in order to increase mixing efficiency and reduce the duration of the mixing process, the lower part of the blades is made comb-shaped, edges of comb part of blades, which contact with inner surface of mixing bath, are made of elastic material, upper part of blades is made comb-shaped, wherein ridges of odd slots have a right direction, ridges of even slots have a left direction, blades are installed on shafts with possibility of adjusting the angle of rotation relative to their axis, blades stands are movable in vertical plane and placed in corrugated sleeves, and springs are installed on supports themselves, nozzles for supply of liquid and viscous components with spring-loaded rod and pitch equal to pitch of blades on bladed shaft are installed inside each hollow blade shaft.

EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of mixing when achieving the best homogeneity of mixing due to implementation of mechanical fluidisation in combination with crosswise counterflow, as well as shorter duration of mixing process.
