FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed measuring instrument consists of a conventional roulette with a metal grooved tape supplemented with a coaxial coil with a rubber thread coaxial with it. The latter has a "knot" mark located close to the beginning of the thread, which, at least, 5 times increases the length of one-time measurements in comparison with a conventional tape measure.
EFFECT: creating a small roulette with an increased range of measurements, and easy handling.
