FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method for determining the percentage ratio of liquid phase in the cryogenic gas-liquid flow involves the separation of the liquid and gaseous phases from the flow, followed by determination of their percentage content in the flow. To separate the liquid and gaseous phases, the flow is spinned in the centrifugal cryogenic separator comprising a body, a gas-liquid flow feeding branch pipe located at the body top tangentially against the body, liquid chippers made in the form of vertically spaced cones entering one into another, wherein the said cones are made with different flow section, that decreases along the body height from its upper part to the lower one, liquid and gaseous phase tapping branch pipes, the cavities of which are connected to the body cavity and the gauges indicating the pressure in the liquid and gaseous phases respectively. Then the liquid and gaseous flow phases are separated and collected, wherein the liquid phase is collected in the lower body part for a certain time set for each type of liquid. According to the gauges, the pressure of the liquid and gaseous phases is determined, after which the percentage ratio of the liquid phase is determined in the cryogenic gas-liquid flow by the difference of the gauge pressure indications.

EFFECT: simplifying the method for determining the content of the liquid phase in the cryogenic gas-liquid flow.
