FIELD: cryogenic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic equipment and can be used at gas distribution stations for liquefaction of high-pressure natural gas. Initial flow of high-pressure gas is subjected in sectional tank-cryostat to cleaning from condensate and mechanical impurities by direct-flow centrifugal separation. Then, separated gas is cooled in recuperative heat exchange unit by cold flow after heat recovery at cooling of initial gas flow at inlet of vortex cooler arranged above, on a horizontal partition, on which there is a hot end of a cooler, cooled by liquefied gas, supplied from the heat exchange unit by means of throttle-diaphragms. Exiting hot gas flow is subjected to direct-flow centrifugal separation by means of separation branch pipes, after which hot gas flow separated from condensate is withdrawn with simultaneous control of low-pressure gas flow by means of outlet branch pipe with the help of fine control valve. Separated condensate is accumulated on horizontal partition and drained by overflow tubes into liquefied gas collector. Sectional container-cryostat is heat-insulated by two layers of thermal insulation.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in productivity.
