FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of processing of liquid droppings of birds and pig manure into fuel briquettes. The method includes the preliminary grinding of the starting material, its separation and mixing with fillers in a forced mixer to obtain homogenous mass with humidity of 25-55%. The fractional composition of dry fillers is provided in the range of 0 to 6 mm with allowance of individual matters up to 10-15 mm in an amount up to 10% of total weight. During mixing the droppings or manure mass is added with wastes of fuel or edible oils through liquid dispenser in an amount of not more than 5-6% of total weight. Then, after mixing in the mixer the prepared mass is fed by the conveyor or a shovel manually into the charging funnel of a special extruder in which at a pressure of 150-200 kg/cm² its homogenisation, compaction and forming in the extruder outlet orifice is carried out. When forming some part of the moisture is squeezed in the interflanged gap of the orifice and the housing of the extruder, providing an outlet humidity of the formed briquette 5-7% less than the original. The shape, length and dimensions of the briquette are determined using the extruder outlet orifice. Drying of the briquettes is carried out at a temperature not exceeding 50-60°C and for not more than 30-50 minutes with vigorous blowing with warm air or in good solar weather they are dried at open blown areas protected from rain.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to simplify the process of briquetting.
