FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: system of express-diagnosing the gas-consumption networks contains two portable devices for measuring dynamic characteristics and parameters of the pipeline and the server. One portable device for measuring dynamic characteristics and parameters of the pipeline is installed at the beginning and at the end of the investigated section of the internal gas pipeline. Each of the portable devices for measuring the dynamic characteristics and parameters of the pipeline contains a sealed housing including a micromechanical three-axis accelerometer, a micromechanical three-axis magnetometer, a temperature sensor, a micromechanical tri-axial gyroscope connected to the microcontroller, a memory connected to the microcontroller, and an interface for connecting external media. The microcontroller provides data from the sensors, stores the data in the memory and transfers the received data to the server. The server receives data from the portable devices for measuring the dynamic characteristics and parameters of the pipeline, performs processing of the received data, determines the magnitude and cyclicity of mechanical stresses and bending moments acting on the internal gas pipeline at each point, determines the deadlines and conditions for safe operation for each element of the internal gas pipeline.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the system for express-diagnosing the gas-consumption networks for residential and multi-apartment buildings by providing the possibility of determining the deadlines and conditions for safe operation for each element of the internal gas pipeline.
