FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: container system contains a bunkerless trailed potato digger, a frame, a wheel axle, an intermediate conveyor, two side loading conveyors, a forked manipulator mounted on the frame with the ability to rotate the fork in the horizontal plane for 90° and lowering to the ground on the left on the way, and a forklift cantilever pad with a fork, located on the right on the way across the movement. The container system is equipped with an additional forked manipulator arranged above the forklift cantilever pad, including a rack, a cantilever transverse beam with a carriage, a winch, a cable, two parallel cantilever shafts with stops attached to the transverse beam with the possibility of turning in the transverse vertical plane, a rigid hollow housing with open lateral sides and a rectilinear vertical guide located in the center of the cantilever transverse beam, a link with a lever, swivel rollers, hinged supports, a spring, and two pairs of levers with rollers, fixed on the cantilever shafts. The cantilever shafts are arranged symmetrically in the vertical transverse plane inside the hollow housing. The ends of the supports of the cantilever shafts are hingedly connected by symmetrical links in one hinge with the crossarm fixed to the rollers in the rectilinear vertical guide of the housing. At the crossarm ends the link is hinged, the guide slot of which is connected with the swivel rollers of the housing. The lever is made with a stop and a flange. The fork of the console platform is directed backwards - against the movement, and is mounted on the right side of the digger with the ability to rotate by 90° under the loading conveyors. The overall width of the fork is more than the overall width of the manipulator fork. The height of its location is within the working range of the manipulator fork.
EFFECT: reduction of manual labour share, increased performance, increasing the time of non-stop work.
