SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the mechanisation of extraction, loading the bin, shredding and distribution of caulescent feedstuff to animals or distribution of bedding on the farms and sites for cattle management. Cattle-feeder includes the bin with a longitudinal bottom conveyor, the hub mounted on the front wall of the bin, with the blade rotor twin cut-off knives in its spokes placed inside of it with. The bin is equipped with a "П"-shaped frame attached on its ends to its rear wall, on which lower bar a fork gripper is pivotally mounted with the ability to rotate it with hydrocylinder up to 90° toward the bottom conveyor.
