SUBSTANCE: device (10) for bottle capping is comprised of a cap (11) with the first upper part (12) and a lateral part (13), a diffuser group (14, 15) for connecting on top with the cap (11) and at the bottom with the neck of the bottle, and a cover (20) with the second upper part (21) and a lower part (22) connected with one another by a punctured line (23). The second upper part (21) of the cover (20) is connected with the cap (11), and can be moved relative thereto between the first starting position in which the cover (20) completely covers the lateral part of the cap (11) and the second position, which occurs after the first opening of the device (10) wherein the cover (20) partially covers the lateral part of the cap (11) and the second upper part (21) permanently connected thereto by means of stoppers (24, 25, 26, 34, 35). Stoppers 24, 25, 26, 34, 35) contain at least a projection (24) inside the second upper part (21) and at least two (first and second) receptacles (25, 26). The projection (24) at least partially located in the first receptacle (25) when the second upper part (21) is in the initial position and is located partially in the second receptacle (26) when the upper part (21) is in partially closed. The device is characterized by that the said at least first and second receptacles (25, 26) are located on the lateral part (13) of the cap (11).
