FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in an acoustic liquid atomizer nozzle containing a housing with an internal acoustic oscillator in the form of a nozzle and a resonator and a tube for supplying a spraying agent and liquid, the housing is in the form of a cylindrical sleeve with two channels for supplying air. There is a rod with a coaxial body by an air channel in the center of the body. The liquid from the nozzle body through the tube, the air channel and at least two opposing apertures flows to the annular platform through the conical surface of the resonator washer. The angle between the axis of the nozzle and the direction of each liquid jet from the inclined holes lies in the optimal range: 55°÷65°, and perpendicular to the axis of the body, there is a tube that is connected to two channels for air supply, and in the body, coaxial to its axis, there are a throttle plate with a conical hole and a cylindrical and resonator washer in which two oppositely directed air nozzles of rectangular cross section of 1×3 mm and at least two volume resonators of size 1.5×3×1.5 mm. The washers are fastened to each other and to the housing by means of a casing, which is wound in the housing bore.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of dispersion.
