FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers of fluids, solutions and can be used in engine building, chemical, food and light industry. Acoustic nozzle for spraying liquids contains housing with internal acoustic oscillation generator in form of nozzle and resonator, pipes for supplying spraying agent and liquid, housing is made in the form of a cylindrical bushing with two channels for air supply, and in the center of the housing a rod with a coaxial to the housing channel is located, wherein the liquid from the nozzle housing through the tube, channel and at least two opposing openings flows to the annular platform through the resonator washer conical surface, wherein the angle between the nozzle axis and each liquid jet direction from the inclined openings lies in the optimum range: 55°÷65°, and perpendicular to the axis of the housing a tube is located, which is connected to two air supply channels, and in the housing coaxial to its axis a throttle washer with a conical and a cylindrical openings and resonator washer are located, in which two oppositely directed air nozzles of rectangular cross section of 1×3 mm and at least two volume resonators of size 1.5×3×1.5 mm are made, wherein the washers are fastened to each other and to the housing by means of a cage, which is canted in the bore of the housing, wherein the of the diameter d of the inner opening of the resonator to the diameter d1 of the rod outer surface ratio lies in the optimal range of values: d/d1=0.3÷0.7; diameter d of the resonator internal opening to the diameter d2 of inclined openings ratio lies in the optimal range of values: d/d2=1.5÷3.0. To the nozzle housing end part external diffuser of the sprayer is coaxially attached, and the internal perforated diffuser is fixed to the conical surface of the rod gas jet generator in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in the same plane which is perpendicular to the axis of the gas jet generator, and an additional diffuser of the flow, made in the form of a cylindrical shell, is coaxially attached to the external diffuser, on the end part of which on the opposite side of the diffuser, a perforated plate is fixed.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
