FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers of fluids, solutions and can be used in engine building, chemical, food and light industry. Acoustic nozzle contains housing with internal acoustic oscillation generator in form of nozzle and resonator, pipes for supplying air and liquid, housing is made in the form of a cup with a bottom, a cylindrical cavity is provided in the housing for supplying liquid through a tube located in the cover, in the upper part of which there is a fastener fixing the upper part of the rod of the rod gas-jet radiator in the provided in the cover nozzle, and the upper part of the shaft is articulated to the lower part of the radiator in the cover of at least one fixing disc made in the form of at least three elastic lobes interacting with the inner surface of the conical opening of the cover, and a slit channel between the opening in the bottom of the housing and the outer surface of the nozzle of the cover is made, through which fluid enters, and an annular passage between the inner surface of the conical hole and the outer surface of the lower part of the shaft is made, through which the atomizing agent enters, wherein the ratio of the radiator height h1 to the distance h between the upper base of the conical surface and the lower end surface of the nozzle lies in the optimum range of values: h1/h = 1÷3; ratio of radiator cavity inner diameter d1 to the diameter d2 of its external cylindrical surface lies in the optimal range of values: d1/d2 = 0.7÷0.9; ratio of radiator cavity inner diameter d1 to the diameter d of its rod lies in the optimal range of values: d1/d = 1÷3; ratio of radiator cavity 4 inner diameter d1 to height h1 of the cavity lies in the optimal range of values: d1/h1 = 1÷1.5, external diffuser of the spray gun is coaxially attached to the lower part of the nozzle body, and the internal perforated diffuser is fixed to the conical surface of the rod jet-edge generator in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in the same plane which is perpendicular to the axis of the jet-edge generator. Additional flow divider coaxially attached to the external diffuser is made in the form of a cylindrical shell, at the end part of which a perforated plate is fixed on the side opposite the diffuser.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
