FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: mine drainage during development of synclinal coal deposits by combined method, including sewage and drainage ditches of mine workings, drain sumps, pumping installations on the lower horizons of mines and sections, pumping stations with or without drain sumps on the upper mine horizons stories, disinfection of mine waters on the surface, connected into a single complex by a network of pipelines with stop valves. At the same time, inflows of underground mine waters enter the underground drain sump located on the lower horizon of the last tried out formation in the syncline deposit mould, from the drainage ditches of the underground mine workings through a pre-treatment complex that serves to separate large and suspended particles up to 0.15 mm in size, immiscible liquids and floating objects with a density below water by mechanical means. Shaft inflows from the upper horizons are passed through a well drilled in the syncline deposit mould and then pumped by two streams to the drain sumps located on the lower horizons of the trenches opening the seam outcrops for capping material on the opposite sides of the deposit where they are mixed with the mine inflows of open mine workings and pumping units located on the sides of split trenches or floating pontoons, run out into complexes of deep water purification on the surface from which after cleaning and disinfecting using mechanical, physical and chemical methods flow into surface drain sumps, and after the sludge are discharged on the terrain or external reservoirs.
EFFECT: elimination of multistage, reducing of energy intensity and increasing of mine water degree of purification.
