FIELD: mining industry, possible use during extraction of bed formations.

SUBSTANCE: method includes opening the deposit by means of open mines - longitudinal dividing trench along wear of beds and its extraction, opening and preparation of beds by underground mines and their extraction. Opening of beds in sides of longitudinal dividing trench of deposit is performed by transverse dividing trenches, which are filled cross-wise relatively to extent of beds from longitudinal dividing trench, providing access to opened beds for filling mouths of underground mines. When driving transverse dividing trench in the plane of beds shelves are formed, positioned on which are intermediate industrial areas in front of mouths of underground mines. Axis of filling of drive-in into transverse dividing trench is positioned at an angle to axis of longitudinal dividing trench, equal to the angle formed by length and width of filling of bed shelves.

EFFECT: reduced amounts of opening operations, decreased ecological damage.
