FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: covering system for a roof comprises the facing structure with a three-dimensional effect and laminated bituminous tiles, in which the roof is produced for each row, cross-combining and overlapping the edges of at least a girdle or an ornament for each adjacent laminated bituminous tile of said upper tiles row imposed on the lower tiles row so that the open area constitutes more than 55% of the total area of each laminated bituminous tile. Said laminated bituminous tile consists of two composite layers connected and overlapped with the displacement in the longitudinal direction, respectively, of the girdle and the decorative ornament. The first and the second layers are connected so that they are displaced in the longitudinal direction of said laminated bituminous tile, obtaining an edging edge for each end portion, the ornament edge on one side and the girdle edge on the other side, respectively.
EFFECT: increasing the roof leakproofness.
