SUBSTANCE: prior to treatment and after three anti-relapse courses of polychemotherapy, the expanded proteinogram is examined in conjunction with evaluation of serum blood morphology by the methods of wedge and edge dehydration, and in case of appearance of defective spherulites forms, disruption of macro- and microspherolites aggregation, malignant growth anisomorphons transformation up to the skeletonization of large spherulites residual structures, formation of normal types of facies with radial and partially radial symmetry of cracks, cincentration waves restoration in the facies edge area, in case of normalization of protein metabolism parameters, the polychemotherapy regimen is recognized as effective and the polychemotherapy is continued in the same way, otherwise the treatment regimen is replaced together with the cytostatics used.

EFFECT: invention provides timely comprehensive assessment of antitumor chemotherapeutic treatment effectiveness for patients with recurrent Hodgkin's lymphoma to determine further treatment tactics.
