Method for predicting the effectiveness of radiotherapy in patients with malignant tumors, including the study of blood, is characterized by the fact that the blood is pre-thermostated at a temperature of 41 °C for 1.5–2 hours, then serum is obtained from it, the study is carried out by the method of edge dehydration followed by microscopy in polarized light, and if at least one microspherolite with the same high degree of anisotropy is detected in at least one of the samples of macrospherolitis and predicts the effectiveness of radiation therapy, and if only weakly anisotropic macrospherolites are detected with highly anisotropic microspherolites included in their central regions, the inefficiency of radiation therapy is predicted.

EFFECT: invention is designed to predict the effectiveness of radiotherapy in patients with malignant tumors.
