FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to the selected nucleic acid coding fusion polypeptide with beta-1.4 N-acetylglucosaminyl transferase III (GnTIII) or beta-1.4-galactosyl transferase (GalT) activity. Also the host-cell containing the specified nucleic acid and an expression vector containing the specified isolated nucleic acid are discovered. The method for glycosylation profile modification of the specified nucleic acid polypeptide is discovered.
EFFECT: invention allows for glycosylation modification in the host-cell with a view to obtaining polypeptides with enhanced therapeutic properties.
