SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices designed to control the tightness of permanently assembled products, in particular uncontrolled missiles (UCM) that do not have and in the design of which special connecting devices (fittings, process caps, etc.) or other technological devices for determining their suitability for tightness of the housing at the junctions of the component parts of the product (head part, fairings, engine body of a rocket, tail unit and a friend and parts and parts) to use for their intended purpose. The method for checking the tightness of the product consists in monitoring the pressure for a certain time by the pressure difference sensor and comparing the current pressure in the measuring volume of the control chamber with the pressure in the pre-chamber, with the corresponding signal being output on the scoreboard. And the signal is transmitted directly to the scoreboard, bypassing the intermediate amplifying devices, and the comparison of pressure is carried out in an automatic mode, with the preliminary setting of the threshold of operation of the electronic-digital manometer determined by the dependence: where PM - the threshold for setting the operation of the electronic manometer, kPa, Pp - pressure in the prechamber in the initial state of the device, kPa, Vp - prechamber volume, m3, Vcs - the volume of the control shell, minus the volume of the hermetic product, m3, Vint - internal free volume of the product, minus the volume of the parts and parts filling it, m3, δPm - absolute error of the electronic-digital manometer at the level of measured pressures, kPa. The device for checking the tightness of the product contains a control envelope of a predetermined volume for placing the article in it, provided with a sealing lid for the loading opening, a system for placing and retrieving the product, a pre-chamber for preparing compressed air for feeding it into the control shell. Moreover, the front end of the control shell of a predetermined volume is pivotably mounted in a vertical plane, and the rear end is provided with a movable support made in the form of a rod of a vertical pneumatic cylinder, and the stem of the sealing pneumatic cylinder is moved by the rod of a horizontal pneumatic cylinder. In this case, the operation of the horizontal and vertical pneumatic cylinders is synchronized, and the process of checking the tightness is automatic.
EFFECT: creation of a reliable and accurate method and device for monitoring the integrity of the product in any stage of leakage.
