FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: meat grinder comprises a coupling flange having a receiving portion for connection to the flange removably with the source of the driving action a feed tube connected to the connecting flange and the auger housing connectable detachably to the connecting flange by a first rotationally releasable connection. The grinding auger housing has an axis which is orthogonal to the feed axis. The screw is detachably set inside the casing and the screw has a screw blade for moving the food pieces along the casing of the screw in the direction of the splitting end. Chopping disc is detachably mounted on the end of the chopping auger housing and supports a chopping end of the screw. Chopping disc is secured by the ferrule to be connected to a cutting end of the screw housing by means of a second rotationally releasable connection.

EFFECT: chopper is characterized by ease of use.
