SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for parking and charging of electric vehicles. Device for parking and charging of electric vehicles comprises platforms, on which electric vehicles or storage batteries are arranged and/or connected to power supply, means to retain said platforms horizontally in all positions in this device, and access way for vehicles or storage batteries into device inner part. At that, device also contains at least two rings for each platform arranged opposite to each other and parallel to each other, wherein nearest neighboring ring of this ring belongs to another platform or partially located in front of or partially behind said ring, at least two groups of two guide tracks, namely first and second tracks, wherein said ring is located on first track, and nearest neighboring ring is located on the second track, actuators for said rings, providing possibility of said rings displacement by said device, means of electrical connection and charging for rechargeable batteries on at least one platform or with connection of them all together by conductor relay, power accumulation devices made with possibility to store and supply energy to electric recharging means, so that when vehicles or batteries are arranged inside the device, charging of rechargeable batteries is carried out by electric charging intellectual devices.

EFFECT: improvement in the field of renewable energy due to adaptation of vehicles parking devices in electric vehicles area.
