FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: according to procedure the construction of a pair of horizontal pressure and producing wells is carried out. Their horizontal sections are arranged in the vertical plane of the pay formation one above the other. Wells are equipped with tubing columns - pump-compressor pipes, which allow simultaneous injection of the coolant and product selection, heat carrier injection, heating of the pay formation with the creation of a steam chamber, selection of products through the lower production well through the pump-compressor pipe. Preliminary study of the field for the definition of payzone of a structure with vertically heterogeneous product viscosity. The average dynamic viscosity of oil in reservoir conditions is determined on the selected for the construction a section of the field and formation zone with a viscosity exceeding the average by 1.2 and more times. Above this zone, but not closer than 8-10 m from the confining formation and not closer than 1-3 m of oil-water contact - OWC or the formation bottom, a horizontal production well is built. Injection of steam into the upper injection and lower production wells leads to the heating of the pay formation interwell zone and a hydrodynamic connection between the wells is obtained. These wells are left for thermocapillary impregnation. Steam is injected through the injection well, and the production well is converted to production operation, with the expectation of achieving bitumen commercial inflow with an increased rate of bitumen selection.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the process by reducing the cost of thermal energy and increasing the rate of recoverable reserves productive rate.
