SUBSTANCE: described formulation, free from heavy metals, comprising, based on the solids content of the formulation (A) is generally in the range from 1 to 50 wt % of at least one amino carboxylates selected from methylglycine diacetate and their salts (B) in the general range of from 0.001 to 2 wt % of at least one polymer of alkoxylated alkyleneimine with an average molecular weight Mw in the range from 800 to 25,000 g/mol, which has a positive charge density of at least 5 meq/g, and which has in the range of from 2 to at most 80 wt % of pendant alkylene oxide chains, based on the total polymer alkoxylated alkyleneimine.
EFFECT: glass corrosion inhibition.
