FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: vagina and cervix are treated using a gynecological mirror by simultaneously exposing them to jet fine irrigation by distilled water at a temperature of 38-40°C and ultrasonic cavitation at a frequency of 29 kHz with an oscillation amplitude of 5725 mcm for 3 minutes in several sessions. At that, during treatment, along with irrigation and ultrasonic cavitation of these organs, the washed contents of the vagina and cervix are sucked off by aspiration through a separate channel in the gynecological mirror. The method is implemented by a gynecologic mirror containing jaw longitudinal elements shapes hingedly connected to each other and made of four narrow closed U-shaped relative to the entrance aperture. At that, when forming the mirror entrance aperture, the two upper elements of the upper jaw pass to the upper lever of the handle, and the two upper elements of the lower jaw pass to the lower lever of the handle. Plates with holes are attached to the bottom elements of the upper branch and the upper part of its lever into which the ends of the lower jaw lower elements are inserted, forming a hinged connection of both jaws, and on the lower part of one of the handle levers a fastener is attached to fix the jaws position. At that, the jaws are made in the form of round stainless steel rods, the cremalier consists of a rod with an external thread and a locking element screwed onto it in the form of a concave disc equipped with a cylindrical projection on the concave side with an opening having an internal thread. The upper jaw lever attached to the upper jaw ends in the area of the plate with holes and the end inserted into the hole of this plate, has an opening at the end through which the cremalier rod is attached, fixed at one end to the lower jaw lever by means of the U-shaped bracket. In the lower jaw, in its inner U-shaped element along its central longitudinal axis an aspiration channel is made in the form of a hollow cylindrical rod, fixedly connected to a bridge connecting the outer part of the jaw with its internal element, and provided with a stepped tip in the form of several serially arranged truncated cone-shaped projections on the outside.
EFFECT: method and device allow simultaneous aspiration of the purulent-septic purulent contents of the vagina and cervix in a constant mode through a separate channel in the gynecological mirror with fine-dispersed distilled water and ultrasonic cavitation of the vagina and uterus, thereby improving treatment effectiveness.
