FIELD: medicine; obstetrics; gynecology.

SUBSTANCE: method involves intracavitary treatment of the cervical canal and uterus with therapeutic solutions using ultrasound equipment. At that, ultrasonic apparatus "Fotek" is used for ultrasonic procedures, and as a tool introduced into the cervical canal and uterine cavity, for ultrasonic delivery of the solution of the therapeutic preparation, a flexible plastic catheter is used, which is put on the protective sleeve with a tip of "Record" type. Catheter is represented by a shortened female Nelaton catheter sized 9–12 CH/FR, 3–9 cm long. Inserted catheter is moved in the ultrasonic procedure of the cervical canal treatment, the vessel with the introduced solution is placed at height of 90–100 cm from the treated cavity, and US procedures are carried out for 2–5 minutes once a day in the course of treatment from 5 to 9 procedures.

EFFECT: method allows in a short period of time to achieve normalization of the endometrium, which is a favorable condition for successful onset and pregnancy, the method is easy to use, safe and painless for the patient and can be widely used in gynecological practice.
