SUBSTANCE: method comprises interaction of ammonia and carbon dioxide at the liquid phase in the first reaction zone (S1). Heat (Q1) is withdrawn from the abovementioned first reaction zone to accelerate the formation of ammonium carbamate. The first liquid product (103) is produced in the abovementioned first reaction zone, mainly comprising ammonium carbamate, ammonia and water. Then, the abovementioned first product passes into the second reaction zone (S2), different from the abovementioned first reaction zone, and heat (Q2) is supplied into the abovementioned second reaction zone to accelerate decomposition of ammonium carbamate to urea and water. The second liquid product (105) is produced in the abovementioned second reaction zone, comprising urea, residual unconverted carbamate and excessive ammonia. Wherein the liquid phase is maintained in a stirring state, produced by mechanical means for stirring, at least in one of the abovementioned reaction zones - the first reaction zone and the second reaction zone. Reaction section at the ureapoiesis apparatus, vertical reactor for ureapoiesis and method of vertical reactor modernization are also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase the efficiency of the urea production method.
